Ajos Sacha is a tropical evergreen shrub climber, native of the rainforest. Can be described either as a shrub that produces as many as climbing woody vines from the root which may grow by only 2-3 m, so as to have the appearance of a shrub.
Its Spanish name means ajos Sacha false garlic and refers to the strong smell of garlic and the flavor of the leaves when crushed. Tropical rainforest and the leaves are also used as a condiment or spice.
